Some appliances can be disposed of but will require additional fees. White latex paint cans are safe to discard as long as the paint is completely dried. Any wet paint that is spilled into the dumpster will be subject to a repaint fee.

Tires and car batteries can be disposed of, but require special handling and per item surcharge will be added dependent on the cost of disposal. Other items are deemed hazardous materials and cannot be processed.

- Contaminated Soils / Absorbents

There are many legal ramifications with EPA and OSHA about the disposal of hazardous items. These items may be requested to be removed on site or a hazmat fee charged if found by K&M Trailer Rental while dumping.
How Full Can The Dumpster Be?
- General Waste Can Be Filled To The Top Of The Dumpster, However, The Dumpster Cover Must Be Able To Close Flat Against The Dumpster For Transport.
- Heavier Construction Material Must Not Be Filled Past The Fill Line
- Customers Who Exceed The Maximum Tonnange For Their Dumpster Will Be Invoiced For Excess Weight At $45 Per Ton.
- If Material Exceeds Where A Dumpster Should Be Filled The Customer Will Be Required To Remove The Excess Material. If The Customer Is Not Avaliable To Remove The Excess Material At Time Of Pick-up The Customer Will Be Charged Accordingly For Excess Removal.

What If Something Changes After I've Scheduled A Delivery?
- Orders That Are Cancelled Within 24 Hours Before Delivery Will Not Incrue A Cancelation Fee Unless Paid For Using A Credit Card. All Credit Card Cancellations Are Subject To A 5% Cancellation Fee.
- Any Delivery That Needs To Change Where It Is Being Delivered May Be Accomidated When Notice Is Given Within 24 Hours Before Delivery.
- If The Driver Shows Up To Pick-up Or Deliver But The Customer Is Not Ready (Ex: The Location For The Dumpster Placement Is Not Ready, Or The Dumpster Is Still Being Filled At Pick-up Time), The Customer Will Be Charged $100
